Expedia problem

I was supposed to be going to on holiday in July. I booked the flights with Expedia.
The outbound flight was with KLM and the inbound flight was with Logan Air.
KLM cancelled the outbound flight and sent me an email saying I was entitled to either a credit note or a cash refund but I needed to apply through Expedia. I decided to take the cash refund as I don't know if I want to fly within the next year. I asked them to apply for the cash refund.
I did not want the Logan Air flight cancelled just yet as that one is non-refundable, so I was waiting for them to cancel it so I can get a refund.
However, Expedia have cancelled both flights. They have asked for flight credit for the KLM flight and they've cancelled Logan Air so I've lost my money with that one.
Expedia refuse to budge and said I have to keep the KLM credit note and there's nothing they can do about the lost money on the Logan Air flight.
Is there anything I can do about this?

Here I go again on my own....

If KLM cancelled one flight, and Expedia cancelled the other one, then you are due a full cash refund.
