I have booked a package holiday to Disney World with Tui, departing 03/10/20, the booking is for 6 people and I have currently paid a deposit of £1500.00, the package booked includes the Disney fast pass and Dining pakage. Disney have now cancelled all fast passes and Dining packages until the end of the year. Due to the full package i booked no longer being available am I entitled to a refund of deposit.

You’d need to look into your deposit terms & conditions.
I would doubt you can get your deposit refunded but you’ll be able to get some of the package that you now can’t get taken off the final sum owed I imagine.
Have you contacted TUI?0 -

Thanks for the replies. Yes i have contacted Tui, they are saying deposit is not refundable, they are willing to move holiday to same time next year but to do this will cost aprox £1200.00 extra.0

If you have bought a "package holiday" and it has a "significant change" then you are due a full refund, it's trying to find out what is a "significant change"tonyfoster23 said:Thanks for the replies.
