OP - That sounds very romantic.......Did you seem much at night or was it lovely with all the lights etc ?
we went to the continental market on friday night but thought maybe we sould come back and go on the wheel in daylight. I muts admit the VIP pod sounds lovely....where can i check out prices and book online ?
    and Happy Belated Birthday

Got to Belfast site has details of what is going on this month, including the wheel.
I thought night time views were lovely, admittedly couldn't see too far, but the lights were pretty and the experience WAS romantic.

    Thanks for the Birthday greetings.:D

im 6ft3 and im scared to be on the top of a ladder never mind on that wheel, i suppose it would be better at night than during the day as you wouldnt be able to see belfast and all the traffic

Except during the Xmas shopping period when the traffic will be there up until the wheel closes.

You might want to leave it till after New Year.

Were these "people" alone or in groups? As I found a lot of tissues in it.

We took relatives who are visiting from America on the Eye tonight, absolutely beautiful view. Really clear night so we could see Belfast Castle, Stormont and Belfast all lit up.
