Belfast Wheel

We booked to go on the Belfast wheel yesterday. Booked online to save queuing. As I am scared of heights, I requested an evening slot. I reasoned that being dark and looking at all the lights would make me feel safer. Irrational I know. But it worked!
As we had reservations we were directed to the head of the queue - it felt great. But more was to come! Because it was my birthday, my gorgeous DH had booked a VIP pod with champagne. :j
I have to say that it was worth the extra cost. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. The pod had tinted windows with VIP written across. The seats were more comfortable and music was available. The champagne was Piper Heidseck and was in a mini fridge. For safety reasons, plastic glasses, but that didn't matter. Extra revolutions included and it was fabulous! The views amazing. Top marks from me. :T
In my opinion better than The London Eye.

I thought the Belfast Wheel was a waste of money. London Eye was much better, mainly because there were actual landmarks to see. All i saw in Belfast was a load of rooftops and the H&W cranes.Undefeated Wii Fit ski jump champion!
