Does anyone know where to get a new battery for this type of drill?
Not on diy.com, eBay or Amazon.

The only "Performance Power" battery drill on the B&Q site is a £12 screwdriver. Is that what you mean?

    It's quite old - model number NLE12VCDK.
    The battery model is PB12 12V 1200mAh.

You  could try repairing the old one yourself or send it to someone like https://www.batteryfix.co.uk/

The new battery is worth more than the drill. Just bite the bullet and buy a new one. Lidl and Aldi both do cheap battery drills.

Agreed, as annoying as it is, there is built in obsolescence with these items, and battery technology moves at a very fast pace. I've replaced 6 or 7 with new in the last 15 years, but have gone with a shared battery system, much cheaper to buy bare kit.

I have an old cordless drill where the battery is very poor. Its very handy having two drills, there is enough power in the drill if I charge it an hour before I neen it.
If I leave it overnight, it goes dead. I may buy another £20 drill when it packs in.
