Furniture ordered from Laura Ashley on on of their own credit cards

On 31/12/2019 I ordered a sofa and snuggle chair from Laura Ashely costing over £2000 and paid on a Laura Ashley credit card. They have fobbed me off several times about delivery (it was due in the middle of March) blaming coronavirus. I have received an email today telling me that they won't be able to fulfil the order and, as I ordered before the 31/03/2020 when they went into administration I cannot get a refund. They advise contacting the administrators.  Can I still claim under section 75? Thanks in advance!

Yes of course if you paid by credit card and the Order will not be fulfilled that it is an open and shut case contact your credit card company and if they try and pop it off raise a complaint with them

Far quicker to get them to action a chargeback for non receipt of goods.
