Is it possible to travel with a dog at the moment during the lockdown?

I would say you are returning property and as such it's necessary for you to travel.
I'd look at the train companies website or tweet them for advice regarding travelling with an animal.
I would also wear a mask, this is mandatory anyway in a weeks time.0
