Thanks for the suggestion.  The importance of this detail is that unless the potential customer's attention is drawn to the intention to export the personal data, it isn't "informed consent" as far as the Information Commissioner is concerned - the ICO guidance on this very important requirement is here.

I'm becoming convinced that Trustpilot does indeed censor the negative reviews on its site as they seem to be ignoring the evidence already provided by me (copies of the "small print" to which I refer and the URL where it can be downloaded from the energy company Web site, details of the Court case including the claim number, details of the Warrant of Control and the address of the bailiffs who hold it for enforcement, etc., etc.), and also my request for them to clarify what else they need to support the facts in the review that has been de-listed.

Finally, now that we are no longer in the EU, and as www.trustpilot.co.uk purports to be a UK Web site, which is published in English not in Danish, there's no reason to apply Danish laws, although I did politely suggest to them that they weren't aware of the law on defamation in each of the three UK legal jurisdictions, which all preclude the publication of true facts from being regarded as defamation.
