Event refund is a deadline enforceable?

An event I was going to was rescheduled due to COVID-19. You could ask for a refund by a certain date or keep tickets for the rescheduled event. I was happy to keep the tickets but now find out I can't make the new date. Can I still demand a refund even though the refund deadline has passed?

Will depend on any terms and conditions associated with refunds and whether they are fair. You are more likely to get a refund by asking rather than demanding and explaining your situation. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
