i would like to grow some wheatgrass
any ideas where i can obtain some seeds from or buy the plant.
have searched online but they come in rather expensive growing packs.

Any whole wheat grain will do - just soak overnight, scatter thickly over an inch of compost, put half an inch on top and exclude all light until sprouts form (I put card on top). Remove card, grow on for 3-5 days. After cutting will regrow once, but usually doesn't get qiuite as tall. Compost the remains.
I get whole grain from a health food shop and sometimes delis sell it.0 -
