DHGate

I bought and paid for a guitar from DHGate and was provided with a tracking number. I've checked this morning and the guitar has been delivered to an address in London, whereas my address and the shipping address is in Liverpool. I've contacted the Royal Mail and they have said it was delivered to the address on the package, and to take it up with the seller.
I've checked with DHGate and they've confirmed my home address is L21 and to contact the individual seller of the item. I've tried contacting the seller but it's showing as his store has closed.
What can I do now? I paid using a debit card. I'm out of pocket and no guitar. Feeling really suicidal over this as it was the only thing I had to look forward to

I'll make no comments as regards your last sentence, and would recommend anyone else responding does likewise. (There are other forums/boards that can help in that regard).
What contact details do you have for the seller? Do you have an email address? What I suspect has happened is that the seller has mixed up orders and sent yours to the wrong address. (Perhaps they sent both orders to the same address).
Nevertheless, contact your card provider for a chargeback for goods not received. (Your evidence of them being sent to the wrong address should be enough).0 -

As above, please contact a mental health organisation - if this is enough to make you feel like that, a real problem will probably end catastrophically.
Worry about the guitar later.0 -
Have you opened an dispute on DHgate? On my portal I have to click that the item has arrived to release funds to the seller. Is yours not similar?0

I guess there's also the possibility that the seller has given you the wrong tracking number by mistake. e.g. The seller shipped 2 packages and gave you the other person's tracking number.
FWIW, if it's a full size guitar, I don't think Royal Mail handle packages that large - I think their max size is 61cm x 46cm x 46cm. So it's more likely to be Parcelforce or one of the many other courier companies.0
