Secure Funeral Solutions - has anyone ever used them? Any opinions, good or bad?

Hi all
My dad was playing an internet game the other day when a pop up popped up for Secure Funeral Solutions. He made contact and got a quote for a prepaid funeral. Seems they are a broker / comparison firm for prepaid funerals.
They seem to have good reviews, and I've had a read through the MSE prepaid funerals article. But I wondered if anyone has anything to say about them?

Get a quote as well from your local Funeral Director.
Check what is NOT included - perhaps, flowers, orders of service.
Talk to your Dad and ask him what sort of funeral he wants and check his needs against the plan.
