Mark and Spencer Premium account

Does anyone know if you can suspend your Marks and Spencer Premium account as we cannot travel anywhere so there is no point in having travel insurance, also we cannot use our Tea/Coffee coupons as the all of the Cafes are shut at the moment

They have started taking the £10 payment again. I did get an email to say that the new vouchers would arrive by the end of August but not had anything yet. Anyone received them?
