I have a holiday booked with Jet 2 for Sept to Italy but wish to cancel. Manage my booking will not allow me to canx online. Does anyone have an e-mail I could use as impossible to get through by telephone. Thanks

Would only lose the deposit, even if they've paid the full balance.
New User name as MSE gave me a number in my old one.

    There isnt a section 26.

It is section 5. 70 days from today doesn't even take us until the end of August so how on earth have you worked out they will lose more than just the deposit for a September holiday?

As I understand it anything 70 days before travel is only loss of deposit.

Assuming they are travelling on the 1st September at the earliest it’s still not within the 70 days so should be ok in that respect.
  • Thanks for all your help everyone have filled out a pre-travel customer service form to canx on Jet 2 website so hoping this is correct form as earlier suggested by Zx81. -dep date is 7 Sept - much appreciated replies

we cancelled on the website using the Manage My Booking and it worked without any problems.
  • Thanks again but the website only allows you to canx the package if you have paid deposit only. Unfortunately I have made a couple more payments. Have filled in another form on the website for the attn of customer services so hopefully they may reply. First time I have used this forum but really helpful comments
