Vehicle wheel tracking

In February 2020 I had my tracking done as I had new tyres fitted, and I found the vehicle pulled slightly to one side. The garage said one side was out by 2° hence the slight pull to one side.
However, here in June 2020 and I have noticed both tyres are worn down on the inside edge to the legal minimum, but the outside of the tyres are still 5mm plus tread.
As the tyres have worn on the inside edge, I know the 'toe out' has been set too far out on both sides of the vehicle.
(All suspension parts are in good order)
Can I claim against the garage for incorrect setting and premature wear to my tyres?

Umm, how come you didn't notice before the uneven wear got to 3.5mm difference?
You say you "know" the toe is wrong, but have you had it checked again? Do you still have the printout from the alignment from last time?0
