Could anyone advise which of these figures do I put into section 3 on the R40 form. Thanks in advance.

The taxable bits are the 5th, 6th and 7th figures on the picture.

Gross interest (5th)
Tax deducted (6th)
Deduct one from the other to get the net interest (7th)
