It all depends on the date of the judgment and the date the order specified for payment of the figure.  If more than 30 days , the N244 is your only recourse - if you qualify, you could get help with fees (ask Auntie Google).
The Defence was due to be filed by 30th June, so almost certainly still within the timescale for payment.

How late were you and did you email the defence in?  On what day exactly?
Not exactly sure but issue date was 3rd June and I acknowledged within 14 day period, was given like 28days but only emailed the defence on 9th July and received an email stating I was late etc..

I have been advised to fill another form if I think that a Judgment has been entered against me incorrectly...
Do you think the Judgment has been entered incorrectly? If so, why?

From what you have written, it appears that you simply missed the deadline for filing a Defence.
Difficult to see why that might've been.
I have missed the deadline but due to personal reasons, not sure if they would really take into account such reasons. I do think it was entered incorrectly as I wanted to submit my defence so it can be judged based on my account swell, but due to missing the deadline i'am not sure what could be done now

maybe I should pay the debt which is around the same figure.
How much was the judgment for?  In your opening thread you said the claim was for 'several hundred pounds'.

We asked you early in your thread which parking company was pursuing you, yet you haven't told us. Could you do so now please?
my apologies was not really sure how much I could share in this platform especially as its open for others to use as well. So its with excel parking, and the amount is between £200-300.

You would need to have a good reason why you filed late. What was your good reason?
How long do you have to pay the judgement? Precision is required.
Bearing in mind you can pay the judgement and still file for a set aside and this is a pragmatic course of action because it menas you are never at risk of a CCJ staying on your record.
so you suggest I should pay and still appeal file for set aside.

It might sound harsh, but you had a month to file a Defence but took longer.

My earlier post pointed out your deadline. It included the words "Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute" and "Don't miss the deadline for . . . filing a Defence".

Sorry, I cannot see a set aside working.

Do not pay as it will only mark it as satisfied and it will be there for 6 years.  You should file for set-aside but you really need a GOOD reason for filing a late defence.  It is worth it because with an amount between £200 and £300 it seems like they have added a spurious amount for debt collection admin and using the standard defence (if it is accepted after the set-aside is granted) it could get the original claim struck out.
