When trying to get the "Cable Hell" website, after a few clicks i get the dreaded "Microsoft has encountered an error" sign. (This is on Firefox) i have all the latest updates, have run cc cleaner, ad-aware,Spybot, and have Zone alarm,& Avast.
Firstly is their any point in clicking "Send Error Report" because i do this, and nothing happens.
Secondly can anyone tell me what the solution might be.
Ive heard of "Hijack This" but i dont know what all the info means.
Thanks

Can you go into your event viewer and see what application is crashing? Does the same thing happen if you access the site in IE? Have you tried re-installing firefox in case it or an extension running on it has failed?0

yes it works ok on IE, but for example, Betfair will not!, but runs on FF!0 -
Can you open firefox in safe mode? It could be an extension if the site is ok in IE. Event viewer is in admin tools on Windows XP.0

Just tried it here using firefox and IE and everything seemed OK.
So problem would be at your end.
