Would be good to know this.  On another thread, experienced member Castle asked if the PWE car park was in the Lake District as, apparently, some of their car parks there are subject to byelaws.
LDNP took their car parks back "in house" at least a year ago, and reverted to good old Pay'n'Display. Guess they were still getting too many complaints even after they replaced PE with PWE.

Based on the NTK; I'm guessing that this is Anstey's Cove in Torquay.
  • I have also recently attracted the unwelcome attention of these gangsters, I have received one letter demanding the sum of £60. In correspondence through email, they claim to have sent three letters with the last one demanding £120. They have not submitted any evidence despite my repeated requests. Any advice or where I go from here?
