My wife was made redundant in March and 12 week notice ends 12th June. Can she be furloughed?

Yes, but it is up to the employer. Do you mean up until 12th June or afterwards? Is she working the notice period?0

If she hasn't already been furloughed, the final date that the employer can furlough her is 10th June.

She can, but she probably won't be. It's up to the employer, and if shedding staff they're not going to want the admin task of keeping a load more on furlough too, sadly.0

Even if they agreed the cost to the employer changes in July so on that basis alone I would have though the answer would be no.0

I can't see many companies going for that now, a lot that did originally will be getting rid of them soon.0
