HI, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I've booked a Greece package holiday for 8th July in store with TUI. I've only paid a deposit of £100 and the balance was due begining of April. Obviously the Store is currently closed and i've tried contacting TUI on  a number of occasions but can never get through and so the balance hasn't been paid. I thought that someone from TUI would have contacted me to pay. I do not wish to go on the holiday due to the current COVID situation and so was wondering what the best course of action would be for me to take?
I'm happy to lose my deposit but obviously have concerns that if i do nothing then they will chase me for the outstanding balance.
Thanks

I feel all you can do is wait and see what happens next,  it's not your fault you have been unable to contact them.
New User name as MSE gave me a number in my old one.
