Advice: How do I approach re-arranging American mini tour (honeymoon!)

Hi all, I'd really appreciate some help.

We have postponed our September wedding until next June - and of course want to do the same with honeymoon which is a mini tour of west coast of the USA and Hawaii.
We had only booked flights so far - not through an agent, through the airlines and I honestly don't know where to start with rearranging the flights. I'm worrying that all the airlines time tables don't add up? I have 5 flights to re-arrange, and getting in touch with each Airline is proving very difficult.


Also - what would happen if the US still has a travel ban on the UK come September.
Could i just apply for a refund through the credit card we paid on? As obviously, we can't GET to the states to make any connecting flights over the following 2 weeks... would it just be easier to do that?

It's a great trip you have planned, especially Hawaii

It's too far away to know what will happen,  but if you booked internal flights without any link  to the international ones,  then even if there is a travel ban the the US, if the internal ones flies you aren't due a refund.
I would be seeing if I could rearrange the flights.

Hawaii in June from the west coast will be challenging. It’s also wet season. Sept-April are ideal months to go.

Have they moved Hawaii since I visited ?
