in Credit cards
Paid deposit by cc to company for holiday in September. Then sent monies by cheque to reduce the balance. Is this 2 separate claims to cc company and receivers or can I ask for all of it back from c card company under section 75 please. Bank difficult to get hold off right now.

Facebook have a group called Friends beyond Shearings ( Coach Holidays Fan Club) It might be worth asking there too as there any money people experiencing similer experiences. I found the advice very good. I had 3 Shearings holiday booked this year and using section 75 to claim money back from bank.0
