Everest Windows appears to be on the brink of Administration. With all work suspended due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, am
I entitled to cancel my agreement and claim back my deposit paid in full. The target estimated installation period of 10 - 13 weeks has now been exceeded with no work taking place and very minimal contact has been received from Everest (& only by me pursuing updates). Whilst I appreciate it is a difficult time for everyone, I would like to know what steps I can take. Thank you.

What does your agreement say about cancellation?0

How did you pay the deposit ?Hopefully, you used a credit card, in which case, you should be able to get the money back via the CC company.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
