Can anyone help as i don't want to get this wrong! Have a business account with tsb, both my husband and i are signatories on the account. He is a company director and i am the secretary, can i make the bbl application? Will we both need to sign the agreement, how does it work as the form only has space for 1 persons details.

When you write cheques, do they require one signature or two, and if one, whose signature?1

I usually sign all the cheques myself, never had to get 2 signatures0

Can you ask TSB before submitting the BBLS application? I would assume it will be whoever the normal signatory is for the account, but safest to check first.0
