    To confirm, my loan isn't showing on my credit file and no search is showing either. It seems bank just looked at what they had on me and approved it. I applied and had the money in the bank the day after.

    Of course the key point here is having had a business account for many years before hand, rather than pushing everything through a personal accounts against the terms and conditions.
    Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017
    Quit day job to run 3 businesses 08/02/2017
    Started third business 25/06/2016
    Son born 13/09/2015
    Started a second business 03/08/2013
    Officially the owner of my own business since 13/01/2012

    In theory, it shouldn't matter.
    In Practise;
    My credit score isn't great - I was declined by both Starling and HSBC for opening a feeder account. There are no fraud markers or other issues with my history apart from a very old satisfied CCJ and one default.
    Who do you bank with and is it a personal account
    applied with Starling and part of mass reject, applied for HSBC feeder on the new online system.
    My personal account is with Barclays, so I might try them next. My business account is with Tide.
    There's still hope, I guess.

    How did u apply HSBC feeder account online?

    It's wrong though, because a feeder account will be closed after the down payment.

    Hope I'm wrong though as its my only hope at the moment
    you are in the same position as me. technically, the feeder account should be opened by doing fraud check only, but the banks are doing the full business account opening process (exactly the same) hence you will be rejected, again and again, HSBC, metro, starling all the same. That's been my experience. so I'm doomed

    yes feeder is no different at all. same full checks. pointless applying if your already declined for a normal biz account.  But fo course the bank wont tell you this, they suggest you should try again just to give you false hope..
