Easyjet refund issue
Ingav
I paid a non refundable booking fee for Easyjet holidays to Spain and the rest money was due on 16th May. Because of Covid we decided not to travel this year, so Easyjet offered us a woucher as a good gesture. Please advice if I could get a refund instead of the woucher coz Easyjet doesn't want to refund coz holding deposit was non refundable. My point of view says it is not our fault re Covid and we would go on holiday if no Covid.
