PC World - phones gone to end of world..

I want to return a couple of unused items to Currys/PCworld but the only method currently is to phone customer services.
I have been trying for 3 days at various times, always ending with line cut before getting anyone, tonight I was on hold for well over an hour then the lines closed before I got anyone.
Tomorrow is the last day of the 14 day return window, anyone know how I stand if I can't get through tomorrow?
Its ludicrous! They were quick enough to send the items out, next day delivery! but make it impossible to return.

Taken from the returns section of their website:

We’ve extended the time you have to return your item, and we won’t count any days that your local store is closed (this includes any time that your local store is open for collections only).

    https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/returns-cancellations-1043-theme.html?ntid=B%7Ed%7EReturns%20&%20order%20cancellations

Your return window probably hasn't even started yet.

13k posts? You should get a hobby.
    13k?
You need to work on your comprehension of figures a bit. It's actually 12.4k which is closer to 12k than 13k.
You also need to understand the word "context".
It's 12,400 posts in well over 11 years (4148 days to be exact), or to put it another way, an average daily posting rate of under 3 posts per day.

    Hardly excessive IMO.
Said poster must have reported me from that other thread (I got a naughty boy warning) ... so be careful Shaun - some people can dish it out but can't take it.

I'd be careful with comments like that too ... that's why I got the naughty boy warning.

     Grammar severely lacking too.
Provided that posts make reasonable sense and can generally be understood and are even remotely helpful then personally, I don't have a problem with poor grammar or spelling.
I don't  however, see the point in people signing up then making 1 line replies that in no way address the problem being discussed and only appear to have been posted to make the poster feel superior or simply to belittle others.

You're quite correct in that my post wasn't at all helpful for the OP and, for that, I apologise.  It was a temptation I should have resisted.

However, I will not apologise for being a pedant.

After about 2 hours on hold today finally got a human and arranged return, being collected Monday. As others mentioned as the item are unused the return window is actually 21 days not 14 so no problem. Thank you. (Trolls included for the amusement)
