Not sure where to post this thread.

I was recently injured (only bruises) in what I regard as an assault by a member of staff of a national company. I have complained to the company directly who eventually responded by banning me from any of their premises, and not responding to my legitimate complaint.
I want to use a No Win No Fee solicitor to take legal action against the company.

Who is the best NWNF solicitor providing this service that will not send me a big invoice as I have no money ?

Thanks in advance.

I doubt anyone will be able to tell you which is the "best" one because there won't be one.  You may as well submit yourself to one of the ambulance chasers a google search throws up and take your chances.

You regarded it as an assault - what did the Police regard it as when you reported the incident to them ?

I have not reported it as an assault. As the injuries and bruises only became apparent that night and this week. I will report it to the police as an assault next week.
And conveniently for them, the company say their CCTV was not working.

A NWNF solicitor will almost certainly only take your case if they have a good chance of winning - and without proof that could be diffucult.

I'd advise contacting the FBI so they can look into the company's practices.
I know Domestos kills 99% of germs, but I'm worried about the 1% that got away.
