Denplan dentists

My husband and I are paying for this monthly. We have not seen a dentist this year as they have cancelled our appointments due to covid 19
How can they take our money without providing the service we are paying gir
my husband lost his cap back in March but they do not deem this an emergency
it will be interesting that when dentist open in wales whether or not he will be a priority booking as Denplan stated we should have 24 hour service

Have you tried contacting them? What does your contract say for when you are unable to access the service? You will also be pleased to know that when you can see them they will charge you extra for PPE according to some other posters on here.

This thread may be of assistance.

Seems Denplan are just the middlemen between you and your dentist, not a form of insurance (and that is the point Denplan are making in response to queries on Twitter). Probably the best compromise will be to get some additional check-ups/ hygienist appointments in addition to the standard six monthly ones, that is certainly what I'll be requesting and expecting to receive when everything gets back to near normal.

Given the back log and the restrictions of how dentists will be operating. 24 hour appointments are hopelessly unachievable. Taken me 3 weeks to book my car service for 2 weeks time!
