Easy Jet vouchers

Can any one help. My son had an email saying that he could apply for vouchers for his flight. We followed the instructions and replied, but they have replied saying the details are incorrect, the details were checked and were correct. We are getting no where by email or on their website. I have tried to phone but never get through. 

He also has a second flight that he should be able to claim a voucher for. The email says it can be done online by using the manage booking section. Again we are getting no where

I looked at changing flights but I really would want to replace like for like next year and the free flight swap seems to only apply up until May next year which isn't when we would want to travel. 12 of us have booked a golfing holiday in Portugal on 25th September 2020.  The cost of which is just over £4,000. Do you think Easy Jet will allow me to obatian a voucher for that flight. We would now like to travel to Portugal on 24th September 2021. I have today sent an Email outling this request. I got an immediate reponse saying 28 days to reply. I have have rung them dozens of times and was told to call back as they are busy. Can you help or advise. Even with a telephone number that will be picked up. !

I very much doubt it you will get a voucher,
Your  best bet is to move the flights to May 21,  then move them again once Sep 21  go on sale. If they stop giving free flight changes  it  would cost you £25 per ticket, this way.

Received my vouchers from easyjet today for cancelled April flight, says you cannot use them on line
you have to call their custom service number to make use of them .As everyone knows you can't get through
Also if I did get through what would the prices be? Feel like its another easyjet rouse. In this day and age you can't tell me they can't put a page online to add your voucher codes.Does anyone know a way round this new hurdle put up by the airline?
In my opinion hanging on for a refund is a better bet,too late for me, if I new this was going to happenwould have gone for the refund
