Did you agree to the vouchers or were they unsolicited?

It appears that your vouchers, or 'refund credit notes', are bonded by bch.org.uk-see the link above for details as to how to contact them. It's under 'Financial Security'.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I had a flyer from National Holidays a couple of days ago - we've used them in the past - headed 'National Holidays is back!'.

The person who purchased your gift voucher may be able to get a refund under Section 75 if they paid by credit card.0
