Did you agree to the vouchers or were they unsolicited?

It appears that your vouchers, or 'refund credit notes', are bonded by bch.org.uk-see the link above for details as to how to contact them. It's under 'Financial Security'.No free lunch, and no free laptop

I had a flyer from National Holidays a couple of days ago - we've used them in the past - headed 'National Holidays is back!'.

Sorry but your voucher is not the same as those issued after cancellation of holidays. Your voucher falls under the standard insolvency rules and is probably void. The new National Holidays/Caledonian Travel company says it may offer discounts to customers holding vouchers (but I think this may only apply to cancellation vouchers).griffatcliff said:i got a £300 voucher for national holidays in february retirement gift from work whats position now with this?
The person who purchased your gift voucher may be able to get a refund under Section 75 if they paid by credit card.0
