My card is blocked santander

Tastați-vă mesajul Hello, I have such a problem, I made a tax return and gave the data to my pokito bank account at hmrc, because pokito has a limit of 200 pounds per day, the money from the tax return could not enter and I decided to solve it differently, I asked my relative to give me his bank details so that the money could come to his account, the money went into his bank account and Santander's bank decided without giving any notification to block the account, I brought evidence, I admitted that we know the source is where the money comes from, I even asked permission from HMRC and he said that it is not a problem if the money goes into my friend's account as long as I don't have a bank card with a higher limit, why after so many sounds, visits at the bank, don't unlock the account! What can I do to help, I need this money and in addition to everything I have created problems for my friend as well. Should I change the bank, what should I do?

There is nothing you can do till Santander complete their investigation. Which will take as long as it takes.
One reason to never have any funds paid to a 3rd party account.
But just who is this pokito bank, as google thinks its a cup...Life in the slow lane1 -

Whose card got blocked, yours or your relative's / friend's? Your title says "My card is blocked Santander" but then you say the Santander account belongs to a relative / friend? How can you be sure that the HMRC payment is the reason for the block? Whoever the account belongs to, they'll have to wait until the investigation has completed. This may take some time.1
