And I might add an Honest stranger who has helped you greatly and no doubt lessened your distress
I suspect that there is zero chance that either Samsung the ICO is going to care much about this unfortunately
Hard as it may be I would just let this go if your first contact with Samsung yields no fruit
I say this  having a relation who has Aspergers so I fully understand your need for coping mechanisms
