We have booked package holiday 1st aug with jet2 paid deposit the rest of the balance is due soon . The hotel where we were due to stay has told us they are now not opening at all this season. Jet2 have also taken this hotel off their site . I have contacted jet2 (hard work) who basically say we still need to pay the rest of the balance . Why though when the hotel is closed they will surely know that on their system . Daft paying for a holiday in full when it’s not going ahead why can’t they just refund the deposit.
