From my local paper:

"A 90-year-old woman had to be freed from her Fiat 500 after she sneezed, clipped a parked car and ended up overturning her own vehicle."

How fast do you have to be going to "accidentally overturn" a Fiat 500?

Not actually that fast if the angles are right.

Not too fast at all.  A fiat 500 is a very small, light car. It's surprisingly easy if the conditions are just right.

Bit of lock on, so the front edge of the tyre is out of the arch, and it'll just drive up the other car as a ramp, if the angles are wrong...

I once a woman clip a low bollard at no more than 3mph whilst turning into a car park, the bollard somehow ended up under her wheel arch and the momentum resulted in the car rolling over onto it's side, all in extremely sloooow time, it was like watching a crash in slow motion.
