Trip to Ljubljana in Feb 2020 cancelled due to C19. Two emails from EJ saying they will refund monies within 7 days to my credit card back in March & April. Latest comms (May) was that I had to wait 90 days (i.e. May). No comms since. No phone answering at all. Made another claim for it (having gotten past the voucher farce). Was also a victim of their GDPR data breach (Opodo appear to have been involved from the email history I have i.e. I didn't book with them but they knew I had a flight with EJ and wanted me to let them get me a voucher [what???]). How can I get my £225 back? I was a contractor working for a healthcare regulator so no money coming in since week 1 March and no access to Govt. bail out. Any thoughts anyone? My insurance company (InsureAndGo) are not interested in any way at all. Please, any help anyone much appreciated. Thanks

Surely you have access to some kind of help like Universial credit if you are earning nothing.
As for the flight you are in the same boat as everyone else. You will just have to wait.
You certainly wouldnt try to sue a company if you have no income and for only £225. Just be patient you will get your money when the rest of us get ours.0 -
