R40 form

I I filled a R40 form in and sent it to HMR&C I have received a letter today stating I have paid to much tax, I got a cheque for £38.31 Which I’m very grateful, however in the same envelope there was another letter stating I had paid to much tax and a cheque will be sent to a Company FCR limited which I don’t know of this company? I have looked on Company house and I cannot recognise any such company

You fell for a scam where you thought you were on the hmrc website but were in fact on this companies.Probably nothing you can do, next time be more careful.0
