Bounce Back Loan - take 3

Hi, just after some advice really as I’m not sure if I have made things any worse, or wether people have done the same thing and had a good outcome. So basically, I first applied for a bounce back loan with HSBC on 18th May. We have a business account with HSBC. On the 30th May after countless phone calls, and people telling me everything was fine, the application was cancelled due to the fact that I was not allowed to authorise the loan by myself as it’s a partnership between my dad and grandad. So... yesterday ( 3rd June) I reapplied as per banks advice, but I put the form in my dads name and me as a signatory and him as a signatory. Which is what the bank told me to do... THEN I call tonight to check the application has gone on the system ok and the guy on the phone said, you will need a signature also from your grandad! Totally not what the guy in the bank said, he said my dads signature would be sufficient. So in a panic, thinking that I would have to wait 2 weeks for the 2nd application to get cancelled because of the lack of a 3rd signature, I reapplies for the 3rd time, I case the 2nd does get rejected and I then have to wait another few week at the back of the queue again! Anyway is having 2 applications int eh system going to make things worse do you think?!
Many Thanks.

First time on the site posting, I’m not sure if I have done it correctly!0

Yes you did. The time to ask your question was before sending the third application. There's nothing you can do now except follow up on the applications and explain what has been done.LJAkers said:First time on the site posting, I’m not sure if I have done it correctly!0 -
Thanks Jeremy, I have just been waiting so long with absolutely no feedback or anything really from the bank ( like most people, granted) that I just panicked and thought, quick... before I get even further down the queue

Fingers crossed it doesn’t go too badly wrong, as it’s impossible to try and speak to anybody about it. Telephone banking keep saying they can’t even see the applications! So trying to explain what I’ve done is impossible, apparently they use a third party company and have no way of contacting them. Very frustrating!0 -
They will get easier to contact as time goes on.0
