Working at home now more than ever, I decided I need a dedicated office space as getting work done with a 7 month old baby in the house was getting tricky! @DOH.a not as far as I'm aware. My solicitor is digging out my files though so should have them next week. The solicitor definitely didn't flag the restrictions when we were buying...but it was the solicitor the developer recommended we use so that probably explains it.
