Identify Plant

Hello I have another plant that I would like identifying please if you would.

It looks like Cuckoo Pint/Lords and Ladies and the berries will go a deep orange red.  A british wild plant that has a large green cowl round it before the seeds form on the stem.  It's poisonous.
