Netflights - refusing to give me my refund OR cancellation invoice so i can claim via insurance

I had to cancel my flight with a doctors note on 13th March - well ahead of my flight out on 26th March. I have called 22 times and am always being told you're waiting for the money from the airline (Lufthansa). I actually spoke to Lufthansa on 12th March who confirmed they would issue a refund against my doctors note immediately. Netflights have not chased up this refund and I am still nearly £1000 out of pocket. I am 12 weeks down the line - this isn't acceptable. Netflights site advises I should have seen my refund week commencing 11th May and i have seen nothing.  I have had no contact from their customer support since 13th May.  They are absolute crooks - how is this even possible.  In absolute frustration I've also requested a cancellation invoice from them so i can claim from my travel insurance but they are refusing to give it to me.  HELP!!!!
