Expedia Refund

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help please? We booked a flight, hotel etc to New York for 07th April this year. This was cancelled due to COVID-19 we have got our money back for the hotel but they are refusing to refund us for the flights which were with Virgin Airlines. Expedia are saying that we have to contact Virgin direct and Virgin are saying we have to get the money back from Expedia Direct. We are going round in circles and getting nowhere!
Thank you

Expedia should be refunded you, so as esellek has done, raise a Chargeback with your card company.moonbrown said:It was with Expedia.
