Tonik Energy Avoid

Avoid this supplier at all costs.
I have on two occasions tried to join Tonik Energy, on both occasions I have completed the sign up process and was told I would receive the Welcome Pack by email in three days, this never happened even after phone calls chasing them on the second occasion. After the lack of response I lost patience and emailed them cancelling the transfer and asked them to confirm the cancellation by return needless to say I have not had confirmation.
I have never been treated so shoddily by an organisation and I would definitely avoid this company at all costs.

Wholeheartedly agree - I was a customer of tonik for two years before they p*ss** me off by the very bad customer service and the attitude towards a customer who always kept their account up to date and always in credit. They have no idea how to keep accounts and I have seen my credit (Shown on statements) go from £500 to £77 because of bad administration added to which they cannot write a cheque to refund me the £77.45 which they say is due to me. Unfortunately I moved to Tonik in April.
2 months later. Electricity transferred ok but still waiting for gas even though I supplied meter readings when requested.
This company are impossible to contact by phone or email. Have now escalated via Resolver but need to wait 2 months before they can escalate to Ombudsman. In the mean time I am paying 2 energy suppliers so instead if saving I am paying considerably more.
Beware avoid this awful company!
