Tui refund still not come through and 3 dates they have claimed

Iam still awaiting my holiday to be refunded.
We was suppose to fly out on 3/5/20, our holiday was cancelled due to Covid-19.
I have contacted the call centres several time to be told a different story each time.
1st was to claim my refund this was on the 6/5/20, told I will receive and email and the refund will be 5-7 days. I have got the refund email but no refund bank in my bank.
2nd time I rang to explain the above and was told that I will have my refund by the 27/5/20 and that tui has to have everybody refunded by then that also came and went no refund issued.
3rd time I contacted to again explain the above to be told the two previous advisors should not have said what they said my me with the dates and said because I paid by direct debit it will now be 1/6/20.
This date has again come and gone and still nothing.
I am currently writing this while on hold again to speak to and advisor (which I have been for 2 hours and 36 mins)while in the phone to commentator is telling me that I should have received my refunds in 4 weeks from departure date for me that would be 31/5/20 it’s the 4/6/20 today still no money the website is telling me I will have the refund by 1/6/20 again still no money back.
I paid the holiday by direct debit so can’t do a charge back via the bank, I have been reading forum and complaints with first choice/tui to find some people have been waiting since March and are going down the small claim court regarding this.
Tui/First choice have still not update there website all the refunds say June 1st but again a lot of people still don’t have there money back.
I am on furlough with a house of 4 people 2 adults 2 children with only 1 income we need this money back.

05/06/20 had email from tui confirming I will get a refund of the balance I paid but at the moment they seem to be withholding the deposit I paid of £400. Expecting the balance figure to go into Barclaycard but its not there yet, may take 7-10 days apparently
anybody else had this happen, I expected refund for full cost of the holiday.
