sold a phone and ebay suspended my account and womt help

So I sold a new iphone for £600 on ebay. I posted it on a Tuesday morning and put in my tracking number. By the afternoon ebay had suspended my account for being suspicious and let the buyer withdraw their money. They now have the £600 and the iphone and wont return to me. I've contacted the police and action fraud but I was wondering if theres anything else I can do. I was selling it to pay for my car insurance so I now owe my boyfriend £600 because I need my car for medical issues.

This doesn’t make sense at all so I have some questions
    1) who refunded the money and what exact reason was given, I assume this was PayPal so should have been defended with proof you have posted.
    2) what was the standing on your account, above standard /standard /below standard?
    3) Any outstanding claims or restrictions in place
    4) what exactly did ebay say in their message and what have they said on the phone?
    5) did this sell properly though ebay and did you post to the address that PayPal gave you?

    1) ebay automatically and i was not told this by paypal or ebay but by the buyer. i have no way to argue it as i can not get into my account as its suspended
    2) i dont understand what you mean by standing but id never bought or sold on there before so had no reviews
    3) my account is currently suspended due to 'suspicisous activity'
    4) they have said my account is suspended and that they cannot assit in helping me retreive the phone or money and to ask paypal, ive not been able to get through on the phone.
    5) i followed every rule i could see on ebay and i posted to the address listed on the email from paypal

I don’t think RM are allowing anyone to sign for anything so the buyer can’t have signed for it.
