    Thanks for the advice.
    The interest was shown in my account on the website but not on the bills.
    I took a note of the interest amounts which were listed on my account under "interest".  But now I am unable to get into
    the account so have no way of accessing this information!
    That why you should always download and SAVE PDF copies of your bills and monthly statements regularly (ideally as soon as they are updated/issued - I save mine every month because Symbio don't save the actual bill on line, just a summary).

    It's important that you've got your own records if or when the company goes bust or their website crashes. It's so much easier to sort it all out in the future.  Stuff should be kept for at least a couple of years but ideally six.
