Tandem Refunds - Closed Account

Anyone got experience of refunds to Tandem after your account is closed - specifically around the 0.5% cashback?  I.e. do they knock that off the amount they refund, do they write the amount off, or does it put you into a negative balance and generate another statement?

I've got a dispute in progress, and app still shows a zero balance, but I got a new statement, with a credit of the full value of the disputed transaction, however they could still take back the 0.5% cashback when I ask for the credit to paid to my bank.

Thanks - I got a refund of £1k ish for a cancelled holiday.  I’ve requested payment back to my bank - been told it will take 3 weeks.  I’ll update this thread with the results re: cashback.

I've been chasing for a refund from my cancelled Tandem card to my current account for over about a month now. Tandem says they've sent the refund but my bank hasn't received anything. I checked the transfer details with Tandem and they are correct so I'm not sure what has happened. Tandem keep saying they will email me confirmation of the transfer but they never send me anything. Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there anything I could do?
