MyHermes barcode problems and can't contact them

I recently took advantage of Ebay's £1 max final value fee promotion and listed a lot of stuff that I had lying around. I had quite a bit of success and sold most of my items quickly. I always try to send my items as soon as I've been paid for them and usually use MyHermes for the convenience. I know a lot of people won't use them but up until now, I've never had a problem with them. However, over the weekend, I sent out 6 parcels. I thought it was odd that by Tuesday morning, they were not showing as having been collected from the Parcelshop. Later on Tuesday, I received an email from Hermes informing me that they'd had a problem with "a small number of barcodes not being generated correctly" and that there may be a delay in my purchasers receiving their items. This was for labels purchased from Friday morning (29/05/20) until Monday morning (1/06/20). I haven't heard anything from them since and I haven't been able to contact them. Their chatbot Holly is a complete waste of time, the telephone number shown on their website just cuts off immediately and the website links to complain just keep linking to each other with (un)helpful advice. Looking at their Twitter account, I can see a lot of people asking where their parcels are and Hermes are telling them to contact the sender. I'm fuming that they can't own up to the fact that their system has caused a major problem and they are just referring people back to the sender. Then they make it impossible for the sender to have any contact with a human being. I have let all my purchasers know what's going on but I have serious doubts that MyHermes will ever get the parcels delivered.

I had the email too. Parcels within a certain date. As advised, I let the buyers know. If I have to refund them , I'll go through that process with hermes.1

I just checked my tracking and today it says label reprinted, delivery due early next week0
