NSI income bonds

On the 24th May I puchased by my debit card income bonds. My bank account was debited 2 days later. Today still showing as pending on the NSI website ! I have called 8 times been on hold for over an hour each call. I have limited minutes on my phone. Please can anyone throw some light on this as I am starting to worry.

Same here it's nothing to worry about its something to do with the nsi system and any payment being made between a certain date not showing as a balance till after the 5th of the next month1
